I am starting to feel a little more human and refreshed after a month of the horses being out at grass and so I made the decision that I would accept some show rides this season. I have been asked to school at home by a few showing people but I don't want to do this just yet. I am happy to ride at some shows and already have the bucket list Highland pony ride at Windsor in the diary! I am hoping for the much coveted photo with Her Majesty the Queen!
If you would like a show rider/ handler this season due to clashing classes, lack of confidence, pregnancy, illness etc then please get in touch! I am being selective as I do not want to be sat on a loose cannon; I just want to have some fun! I have spent a lot of years riding novices and 'problem' horses but at 32 I am not so keen for putting my neck on the line...
I have posted some images below that I purchased recently for my equestrian Instagram page:
In the future, I am considering competing my boys in veteran classes. I haven't ruled out returning to ROR showing and show jumping but at the moment I don't have the funds to support it...
